Sleeve: Comes in a plastic sleeve.  
Record: F (Lots of surface marks. Plays through ok but with lots of surface noise. It doesn't help with the picture disc quality either.)  
Very rare unofficial picture disc 7". Bad quality but still a great collectors item. 
Recorded at the 100 Club London on 11th September 1977.
