Sleeve: VG (Medium edge wear and creasing. 2cm tear on opening. 1,5cm split top right corner. A few smudges on front, which is very clean apart from that.)  
Record: VG- (Loads of surface marks. Plays a lot better than it looks though. Has light background noise pretty much throughout, but nothing really disturbing. A few light pops and clicks here and there.)  
UK mono original with yellow deep groove labels.
