Sleeve: VG- (Heavy edge wear with 10cm split on spine and 12cm split on upper seam. Heavily creased lower right corner.)  
Record: VG+ (A few surface marks, plays fine.)  
This is a pretty rare mispress with "Side 1" labels on both sides.  
Fantastic Jazz-Funk album from Jimmy McGriff. Not a bad track on here.
