Sleeve: VG (Water damaged on bottom half, so the sleeve is a bit wavy. No major damage though.)
Record: VG+ (A few surface marks, plays fine.)
Inner sleeve: G (Water damaged on bottom half. Creased and some staining. Nothing damaged though.)
UK original. Comes with printed inner sleeve.
Absolutely fantastic EP from Thurston Moore, Kim Gordon and co. Experimental and noisy, just the way I like them.
