Sleeve: VG+ (Minor edge wear and creasing. A tiny bit wavy. Some discolouration on back. Lamination intact.)  
Record: VG- (Lots of surface marks. Plays pretty much ok though with a bit of background noise here and there. Has a few smaller marks, especially on B-side, which causes a few pops and clicks.)
